Data across the state for the first ever CAASP

This is the first year of the new Common Core tests. The official name is the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP).  We are eager to examine and learn from the student data.  This year, there are no official comparisons like the old Academic Performance Index (API), but there is a lot of curiosity regarding how other high performing districts like MBUSD are doing.  All of those associated with the test state that these tests should not be used for comparative purposes in the first year, and should be used for benchmarking only, so students, schools and districts can measure future growth.   I will be much more interested in these data after a few years of the tests, but it is certainly interesting to examine at this point.
