On Friday, November 21, 2014, beginning at 12:30 PM in the MBUSD District Office Board Room, a subcommittee of MBUSD's Board of Education will hear from six firms who have submitted proposals to develop the District's Facilities Master Plan. The subcommittee members are Bill Fournell and Karen Komatinsky. Each firm will have an opportunity to make a presentation to the subcommittee and then will participate in a brief question and answer session with the subcommittee, Superintendent Mike Matthews, and Assistant Superintendent Dawnalyn Murakawa-Leopard.
Other members of the Board and members of the community may attend as observers. After hearing from the six firms, the subcommittee will deliberate privately and then make a recommendation for selection to the full Board of Education at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on December 10, 2014, at 6:30 pm.
