School : Meadows Elementary School

Background : I attended UCSD, attaining a multiple subject teaching credential and spent a few years teaching and learning in Japan. The year before Meadows was spent teaching a fifth and 6^th grade class in San Diego.

Classroom : A colorful assortment of 28 individuals in Mr. Chao’s 5^th grade class. Everyday is a different adventure!

Curriculum : I am lucky to have the opportunity to teach with both Pam Franceschi and Stephanie Algra. I am teaching all 5^th grade mathematics, Pam Franceschi rotates the students for social studies, and Stephanie Algra teaches science. We are all having a great time! Along with the language arts, music, PE and art, the kids all love learning and growing from this varied experience.
