Course Title: Physical Education


This class will increase the amount of movement with an emphasis toward moderate to vigorous levels of activities.

Homework Policy:

1. If absent, check with your teacher for all assignments missed.

Grading Policy:

All grading is done on a percentage basis. The cut off for letter grades is the same

for all classes at the Middle School. The academic grade in P.E. is comprised of a journal (10%), warm up (10%), run day (30%), physical and written tests (40%), behavior (10%). Test must be made up within two weeks of the original test date.

Classroom Expectations:
  1. Respect individual differences.
  2. Be on time, seated on your number when the bell rings.
  3. Have a positive attitude.
  4. Try your best.
  5. Drink water and use the restroom before and after class whenever possible.
  6. Appropriate dress does not include school clothes worn under the uniform.
  7. The teacher dismisses you not the bell.
  8. Do not leave your assigned area or group without teacher permission.
