Promotion festivities will be from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. There is NO late start this day.
The Promotion Schedule for the day is as follows:
10:50am - 12:30am - Promotion Practice
12:40am - 8th Grade students dismissed to prepare for the ceremony
5:00pm - Parking Area opens for ceremony
5:15pm - Students assemble n Basketball courts
5:15pm - Entrance gates open for ceremony
5:15pm - Photo wall open for viewing in the MPR
6:00pm - 7:15pm - 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
7:15pm - 7:30pm - Pictures with Family and make plans for pick up
7:30pm - 9:00 pm - 8th Grade Promotion Celebration (8th Grade Students only)
9:00pm - Parents pick up students
