6:00pm Call time; please be in your assigned seats, ready to be tuned (arrive earlier than 6pm to avoid parking lot congestion)

6:30pm PERFORMANCE starts

8:00pm Approximate time performance ends

** Please arrange to meet your child in the foyer/lobby or outside the auditorium at the end of the concert.  It will be too chaotic to have parents search for their children backstage while the 142 MBMS students are busy locating their cases to pack up.

Now would be a good time to start coordinating carpools for the rehearsal on Feb. 7th, if you haven’t already done so.  Remember, cello and bass students will need to use their instruments from home for both the Wednesday afternoon rehearsal and Thursday evening performance.  They may leave the cellos and basses backstage, secured in their cases, overnight on Wednesday, at the HS auditorium.

Students performing are from 5th through 12th grade. We are working hard to get ready for this performance. This All-District Orchestra Festival is a showcase of the district’s orchestra program.  Through this all-level performance, students and parents will get to see what the older students have accomplished and hopefully be inspired to be just like them in years to come!
