Aeries Parent/Student Portal

*Only Aeries parent accounts can complete the annual data confirmation required for school.  Please try Google Chrome Incognito or Mozilla Firefox Private browser using a desktop/laptop or clear cache and history if you are experiencing problems.


If the temporary password provided is not working, please use the Forgot Password? link below the Aeries Parent/Student portal and follow the prompts to reset your password.


Updating Parent Portal Information for “Registration Day” & “New Students” before school

  • Log in to your Aeries Portal account and update information for each student (this must be completed when the student first enrolls and at the start of each school year).
  • Click and enter information on the following tabs: Family Information, Student, Contacts (Parent Ed Level is required for Contacts tagged as Parent/Guardian), Medical History, Documents, Authorizations, Final Data Confirmation.

  • You are REQUIRED to return a signed Registration Verification form to the school site. (View the video this form can be found towards the bottom in the “Documents” [2:50] section).

Frequently Asked Questions for Parents/Guardians


Where can I find my Preschool-5th grade student’s teacher in Aeries?

When the information is available, it will appear in your Aeries Parent Portal. Click on “Student Info” and then “Demographics”. The teacher name is listed under “Teacher.”

Where can I find my 6th-12th grade student's schedule in Aeries?

When the information is available (starting registration day), it will appear in your Aeries Parent or Student Portal on the “Home” page. You can also view this information under “Classes.”

Do parents/guardians need to create an Aeries parent portal account every year?

No. This is a one-time process.  If you have another student that enters the District (e.g., Kindergarten student), you must enroll the new student.  After the new student is enrolled and added by the school site office staff, your existing account using the same email address will be linked to all your students.  (To enroll a new student, click here)


What if I see incorrect information on my student's account (i.e., a phone number or address) in Aeries?

Please contact your student's school.  You are able to edit and update contact information but the school office has to change primary student address and telephone information.


If I move, can I update my address through the Aeries parent portal?

Address changes must be done at the school office with the proper paperwork.  Parents can view current address information through the Aeries Parent/Student portal.


If I have more than one child that attends different schools in the District, do I have to create multiple Aeries parent portal accounts?

The parent/guardian should only use one email account per parent/guardian for all students.  All students will be linked to the same parent (email) account.
