MBUSD is now using "Permission Click
" to approve and collect digital field trip registrations, permission slips, waivers and other documents. The District's standard forms have been digitized and are available to select, complete and submit for electronic approval, and to email out to parents for consent.
You must be logged in to the District's Permission Click account to use this service. Please contact your school site office manager, department head/grade-level lead, or administrator if you have not been set up to use Permission Click through MBUSD.
