To enroll in a Flex Spending Account (FSA) or DependentCare Spending Account (DCSA) through American Fidelity (AF), go to https://enroll.americanfidelity.com/377E2D79 to schedule a virtual appointment. Select a date and time, and an AF representative will contact you, send a link, and walk you through enrollment and answer any questions.

COBRA
COBRA is the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act which amended the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Internal Revenue Code and the Public Health Service Act to provide continuation of group health coverage that otherwise might be terminated. COBRA provides certain former employees, retirees, spouses, former spouses, and dependent children the right to temporary continuation of health coverage at group rates.
