MBEF Social Inclusion Grant Opportunities
Have an idea to share? The Manhattan Beach Education Foundation supports individual grants at each school site for programs that will inspire change and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all children. Students are encouraged to apply for small grants to introduce programs that will focus on celebrating and respecting diversity — racial, ethnic, religious, sexual, economic and cultural. Past approved grants include a buddy bench and UR Strong programs at the elementary schools, WEB for incoming 6th graders at MBMS and Link Crew for incoming freshmen at Mira Costa.
