Measure MB Citizens' Oversight Committee Application

On June 5, 2018, by passing Measure MB, Manhattan Beach voters authorized the Manhattan Beach Unified School District ("District") to impose a special tax in the amount of $225 per parcel for six years annually. Under Resolution No. 2018-8 the District is obligated to establish a Citizens' Oversight Committee in order to satisfy the accountability requirements of Measure MB. Resolution No. 2018-27, adopted by the Board of Trustees on August 15, 2018, established the Bylaws for the Measure MB Citizens' Oversight Committee.
