Linda feels strongly that one must consider the whole child when teaching and not have tunnel vision about a single subject.  She also believes that students need to have the opportunity to show multiple ways of solving problems.  Linda strives to help each child succeed and achieve his/her personal best in her math class.  Recently she connected Mira Costa students with older adults in the Manhattan Beach community through her sponsorship of the Young at Heart club.  During club meetings, our high school students teach older adults in the community about technology, including social networking and Microsoft Office components.  Linda works diligently to give her best to all of her students daily and to keep them engaged throughout each lesson.  Congratulations, Linda!  Your MBUSD family is very proud of you.
