The agenda for the January 26, 2016 Board Workshop on Proposed New Courses at Mira Costa High School is now online. Teachers from Mira Costa HS will present the new courses that they are proposing to offer to students in the 2016-17 school year. The Board will discuss with those present in this workshop style format. All are invited to attend and participate.
The Board agenda for January 20, 2016, is now online. Topics include the introduction of Rose Ahrens, Vice Principal at Manhattan Beach Middle School, a report from the District's representative to the Parks and Recreation Commission, and a discussion on the Mathematics Committee Secondary Course Pathways.
The agendas for the December 9 Organizational Meeting and Regular Board Meeting are now online. Bill Fournell and Karen Komatinsky will be sworn in to serve four-year terms. Officers of the Board will be elected. The first interim budget report and grades 2-5 math textbook adoption will be topics in the regular Board meeting.
