The Manhattan Beach Unified School District Medical Advisory Board (MBUSD MAB) seeks qualified high school students to serve on its advisory committee. Committee members serve a one-year term and have a direct impact on local health and wellness programs. Attendance is mandatory for all three meetings per school year, which are held on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.
Students applying for the position must be in 10th or 11th grade at Mira Costa High School with good standing in academics and attendance. High school students who are interested in the position should complete the Medical Advisory Board Student Application and submit it with reference letters.
