Bond Oversight Committee Measure RLS

Welcome to the website for the Bond Oversight Committee (BOC) for Measure RLS. This committee was established by the MBUSD Board of Trustees by resolution 2025-05 which include the Measure RLS bylaws.

On November 5, 2024, the voters of Manhattan Beach approved Measure RLS.

Measure RLS is a $200 million measure that will be used to repair and upgrade classrooms leaky roofs, deteriorating plumbing, restrooms, and gas and sewer lines.
