The benefits plan year runs from from October 1st through September 30th of each year.
Open Enrollment is now completed for the 2021-2022 School Year. Enrollment or changes to
benefit elections may now only be done if you are a new employee or experience a qualifying
event (e.g., marriage, divorce, birth of child, etc.)
All 50% employees are eligible to participate in the health benefit plans. However, all employees

If you selected any of the Anthem Blue Cross plans, we encourage you to go to Anthem's website, and register. You can register using either the ID number from your insurance card, or your social security number.

To enroll in a Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA) through American Fidelity (AF), go to https://enroll.americanfidelity.com/377E2D79 during Open Enrollment (8/9/21 to 9/10/21 only) to schedule a virtual appointment. Select a date and time, and an AF representative will contact you, send a link, and walk you through enrollment and answer any questions.

COBRA is the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act which amended the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Internal Revenue Code and the Public Health Service Act to provide continuation of group health coverage that otherwise might be terminated. COBRA provides certain former employees, retirees, spouses, former spouses, and dependent children the right to temporary continuation of health coverage at group rates.
