hi and Welcome to our hiked how to guide on completing additional hours and overtime X seeds the are online forms 2A fillable timesheets form for additional hours or overtime you're going to navigate to The District web page and then you're going to go to payroll information District web page is eww mdusd.org and to navigate to the payroll information you're going to hover over departments can a business services and click on payroll information access the form from through this process I'm going to go ahead and click and go to hover over departments go over to business services and down to payroll information from the payroll information page he will seek payroll schedule which shows you win all types of payroll hourly monthly classified certificated are due and scroll down the page will see all kinds of information but you also see the additional hours overtime timesheet hear you're going to actually see a link to the PDF and I just clicked through from so you can always go back and refer to and then after we finish the recording you're going to also be able to click through Andre watch this video we're just going to quickly fill out an additional hours overtime sheet for the Manhattan Beach Unified click on that the 62 are online platform informed K12 has to collect the data overlay the data fields on to the form and also route for approvals and signatures so just start a form from a link from the district website you just going to click the link and then you're going to add your name and you're going to ride your email this e-mail really should be your work email you will get notifications on whether the form is completed or if there are questions are correct as needed on the farm to the email address that you put you're so make sure it's a valid email and again you can always copy of personal email later in the process with nobody how to do but make it a practice of sending it to Sidney NE I'll let you fill out business platform to an email address that you check regularly to start you just going to go to form and it opens up the farm for you to complete so I just seen this looks very much like a paper form it has filled over turn on it just a couple of quick points before we start completing it you're going to see at the top here a little bit a section that says they progress Lincoln State Park as you are completing a timesheet in particular you may fill out your hours every day that you worked and then stayed the progress or you made do it a weekly whatever works for you but this way you can actually complete it like a piece of paper and save the progress and then submitted at the end of the pay. Total hours down here the one to your need to turn in this additional hours overtime Farm You're simply going to click to sign here and when you click here where you can simply in your name you can either save this for signature for future use or you don't want it to use a font you could you know try to sign your name either if you have an iPad then I'm using a cursor so well looks terrible but anyway I was just happy to use the time 1 so I'm going to add my signature you'll see it automatically takes it and then I'm going to submit remember that we are submitting these by sight so when you hit your option for site review selection is going to go to the site so most of them are going to Elementary School be the office manager Office specialist at the secondary school that will be maybe the office manager or specialist but you'll see that there is also a plant manager and there's a security lead so it may appropriate to send to them since we are using in this example and operations worker at Costa let's say that we would send it on to the M&M I Christopher approval automatically populate who will get to review the extra hours again bass aren't you going to change automatically sends it to this example we are just going to send it to this test email so that it doesn't actually go for Sight review this is just a demo talking about if you want to send it to an additional email address you can add one here so if you want to copy your personal email address or something that's if you want to put a note to the site review or move forward you can add a note change the message down here and then you would just send and at that point you have submitted and a so you can feel free to stop the video if you want to see the rest of the PDF training and what happens the next steps of the process feel free to continue watching but if you're happy with some in your timesheet and you're ready to go good luck for the rest of us let's go back they told process using the PDF examples so once we navigated you remember we scroll down and we found the link to the extra additional hours overtime timesheet and we clicked on that and it popped it open for us we entered our name and our email address and we initiated the form on that form their red fields that we were required to fill out and yellow ones that were optional but many of the other ones do have important information in it so please try to fill out your forms completely he said that they get approved and like it sent back or delayed because there's questions fields that are on the form that are not highlighted or filled out by eight other people on the route the supervisors mainly or the people people as it moves forward remember that you always have the option of saving the progress which is a great feature if you're feeling up a daily timesheet so you can save it and fill it out the end of each day for the hours that you worked and then you can come back to it finals the middle one Thompson Middle at the end of the pay.
