To assist parents in understanding the report card and scoring system, supporting information and documents are available below.

High School Semester Reporting Periods - Grades 9-12

  • 1st: August 21, 2024 - December 20, 2024 (Grades visible in AERIES on January 10, 2025)
  • 2nd: January 6, 2025 - June 12, 2025 (Grades visible in AERIES on June 13, 2025)

Middle School Trimester Reporting Periods - Grades 6-8

  • 1st: August 21, 2024 - November 15, 2024 (Grades visible in AERIES on November 22, 2024)
  • 2nd: November 18, 2024 - March 7, 2025 (Grades visible in AERIES on March 14, 2025)
  • 3rd: March 10, 2025 - June 12, 2025 (Grades visible in AERIES on June 13, 2025)


Elementary School Semester Reporting Periods - Grades TK-5

A copy of elementary school report cards will be sent home.

  • 1st: August 21, 2024 - December 20, 2024 (Grades visible in AERIES on January 10, 2025)
  • 2nd: January 6, 2025 - June 12, 2025 (Grades visible in AERIES on June 13, 2025)
In the 2018-2019 school year, the Board of Trustees approved recommended adjustments to the existing standards-based report card and progress reporting timelines.  These four communication topics emerged as being paramount and are addressed in the new reporting tool:
  1. Ability of teachers and parents to understand specific knowledge and skills being addressed
  2. Ability to distinguish achievement and effort with more specificity
  3. Inclusion of Social and Emotional Learning competencies/skills
  4. Optimization of parent-teacher conference time
